About Me - My Weight Gain Story


This is my personal weight gain story on how I transformed my physique from thin to strong and muscular in a matter of months. If you are interested in who I am and why you should consider taking my advice, then please read on.

My name is Julien, you can call me Julz. I am currently 20 years old and living in Perth, Western Australia. Up until recently I was your typical skinny guy. I was good at sport and played football for years, but my thin physique would always be on my mind.

As a teenager I was quite self conscious about being too skinny, and this affected a lot of different areas of life. Back then I wished I was bigger and stronger, and with more self confidence.

So one day I decided that it was time to stop thinking about it and go out and do something about it. I began trying to eat more with the aim of gaining some weight. I ate and ate, but it didn't seem to be working. But then I realized why.
